Diploma in Contract Management
The Diploma in Contract Management is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and competencies required to create value across the various dimensions of contract management, including safety, environmental management, legal and business frameworks. These competencies are applied throughout both the contracting process and the entire contract life cycle, from service commencement to contract closure and demobilization.

geNERAL OBJECTIVE
Develop competencies in mining contract administrators for the comprehensive management of contracts or specific contract areas, enabling them to organize and lead work teams, as well as manage change and innovation processes, with the goal of maximizing organizational value. The program is designed to integrate current industry practices in the region with the most advanced management and business methodologies.
TARGET AUDIENCE
The Contract Management Program is designed for mining industry professionals and personnel who seek to develop competencies in comprehensive contract management, including the organization and leadership of work teams, as well as the administration of change and innovation processes, with the objective of maximizing organizational value.
Admission Requirements
Applicants must hold a professional degree or academic qualification (minimum of 8 semesters), a higher-level technical degree (minimum of 4 semesters), and/or have at least two years of work experience related to the program.
Curriculum
Regarding the hours indicated in the curriculum for each module, half correspond to direct instruction with the lecturer, while the remaining hours are allocated to independent study. During this time, students are expected to complete activities and coursework outside scheduled class hours.
Graduate Profile
Graduates of the Diploma in Contract Management are equipped to manage contract administration processes, organize and lead work teams, and oversee change and innovation initiatives, with the aim of maximizing organizational value.
