In this context, Escuela de Negocios Mineros (ENM) is firmly committed to educating the leaders who will guide this new chapter of the mining industry. Our mission is to strengthen the management, leadership, and innovation capabilities that will enhance the sector’s competitiveness and sustainability, promoting a comprehensive vision that integrates productivity, territorial development, and shared value.

With more than sixteen years of experience and the support of the Catholic University of the North, ENM is advancing through a process of institutional renewal and strategic positioning, consolidating its role as a leading academic brand in executive mining education. We are expanding our portfolio of master’s degrees, diploma programs, and specialized courses to address the industry’s emerging challenges, including ESG sustainability, digital transformation, lithium management, adaptive leadership, and value creation within complex productive ecosystems.
